To cultivate our vines with the utmost care, protect the soil, respect the wine and its authenticity.

We leave grass cover in our vineyards and practice sustainable farming to preserve the environment and protect our legacy. In the spring we de-bud in order to control production and concentrate aromas. Before harvest, we manually green harvest to obtain more perfectly ripe grapes.

Vinification takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, without any added products. The wine then ages on its lees for six months, which preserves the freshness that is characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc.
